Setting Sail

Malinne, Cain, LĂșthien and Alice prepare to load up into the boat hidden from the view of passerby on the east shore of Illarion. LĂșthien pushes the boat abruptly to send it afloat in the clear, shallow water.
Avoiding getting in contact with the water, Malinne loads her weapons first creating a dull clanging noise against the floor of the small row-boat, then carefully seating herself.
Alice yawns and gets on the boat immediately following Malinne. She clasps her small bag as she tries to keep her balance and places one hand on Malinne's shoulder as she carefully sets her bag at her feet.
"Can I just sit on you, Malinne?" Alice asks. Malinne shrugs.
"Alright..." is her response.
LĂșthien motions for Cain to step aboard and then gets into the boat herself. After taking a seat across from Malinne, Cain and Alice, she grabs a hold of the ores and begins to row the boat away from the shore and to the north where the ship is anchored.
Cain kindly offers to row the boat but she turns it down and continues to exert herself and focus on getting them the short distance to their destination.
Malinne watches the island pass as they flow by at a steady pace thinking about her first day on Illarion. She has trouble identifying what her feelings are now, but knows that at one point it would have sent tears streaming from her eyes.
