It is night and the island of Illarion is unusually quiet. Malinne is enjoying the silence and the darkness, lying in a patch of grass in the woods, staring up at the sky. She's contemplating... She hasn't spoken to anyone for a few days and has suddenly become very isolated. She seems depressed, but she isn't. She gave up her goals even though they were in her grasp and she plans to repay those who helped her. Only one person knows what might be on her mind...

"Who am I?" she asks herself. "Where is it I come from? Who were my parents?" She continues talking softly to herself, thinking of possible answers to her numerous questions. "Where do I belong now? Where will I end up?"

She wonders what she's missed out on, and what her feelings used to be. She is not the same person those acquainted with her knew a few weeks before. Almost nobody could understand who or what she is now.

"Even if it takes an eternity, I will find the answers; I have that much time, don't I? I will find my place; I will find my power. It probably all lies within my roots, and I will dig them up." she says finally no longer looking at the sky, but into her words and visions invisible to anybody else.

"Will I find love in my search, or is that even important? I will miss them all... I will miss them all... Or will I? Do I care that much anymore?"

She becomes quiet at these thoughts and seems to stop thinking altogether, her eyes are dazed and her breaths are deep and slow. She lies there awaiting morning before she puts her cloak over her shoulders again to shield her fair skin from the sun. Another few days in the woods she will spend, hiding from all.

Maktan Walks around looking for that nice woman he met before. He remembers he gives her a flower everytime he met her but now it is three days or more since he last saw her, he goes and search to see if something happened to her.

A very large snake brushes against Malinne's feet. It hisses angrily and hits its head hard against her shin before moving on.

Kincent goes out in the woods to train, as he Walks along he hears something.Kincent climbs in a tree to spy.Then he see's a women walking in the woods he stop to watch then notice that it's Malinne

It is the middle of the night, and again Freo walks abroad. His insomnia has become increasingly worse. Often he does not sleep, and when he does, it is never at night.

This night was different, this night the woods to the west seemed to call him. Obeying the call, he began to follow to moonlit trail, not really thinking about where he is headed. His thoughts overwhelm so much, that before he knew it, he was at the ocean side.

There he sat, contemplating what has come back to him. Thinking carefully through the memories he has, in hopes that he would remember anything else, Freo stares coldly in to the water. Freo soon stood, and as he was about to head back to town, he noticed Malinne in the distance. Wondering if she had noticed him, he continued to stare at her. Freo had never felt truly comfortable with too many people, but oddly enough, Malinne was a person he was comfortable with.

"what is she doing here.." he said to himself, in almost a whisper.

Thump!!!Kincent Falls from the tree,slow he wakes noticeing it's night He get's up and wonders along looking for Malinne.out of now where he turns around a tree and bumps it to Freo."Umm....sorry" He says as He stands up.He notice Freo looking in the Distance He looks over to see Malinne."There she is"

Maktan can't see well in the dark of the night and walks by malinne freo and kincent withought even noticing them.

Cain wanders about aimlessly through the desolate town. He greets a few people, but none he would consider speaking to at this hour. Driven by boredom and lack of exhaustion, Cain makes his way west, towards the forests. Upon his arrival, he notices Malinne. Noticing that she looks somewhat depressed, Cain approaches slowly and kneels down, resting his hand on her shoulder.

"What is it that is on your mind?" He asks. "Or is it something better left unsaid?"

Cain waits a moment, then sits down beside Malinne. He turns and looks at her, in both curiosity and patience, waiting for a response.

Kincent looks over to Freo,noticeing He hasn't said a word.So he begins to walk over to Malinne,By the time he arrives He see's Cain siting on a rock."Hello" looks over to Malinne,Begins to say something but stops.He stands looking at Malinne try to find the words......

After a long search, he gives up, waiting for the night to be over so he can see. Maktan tripped many times and has scratches in numerous places. once it turns day he will search a little more. Maktan writes on a parchment and post it on a wall with a picture of malinne "If this woman is seen anywhere please send me a dove with directions, 50 gold reward"[/i]

Freo continues to watch the happenings, watching kincent attempt to find words, and Cain speak to malinne. Noticing that Malinne has yet to say anything as well, Freo makes his way over to Kincent

"Some things are always better left unsaid, Kincent," He says as he puts his hand on his shoulder, "perhaps we should leave her be..."

Freo seems unaturally unsure of himself this night, and he hasnt been for sometime. Nodding to Kincent, and making a gesture to walk away with his head, he begins to walk away but stops when he realises Kincent was not coming.

"coming?"

Kincent nods "Yes I'm coming",as he walks away uneasy.Kincent stops & looks back at Malinne one last time.He walks away with Freo still wish he could from the words he wanted to say.As he walks,Kincent looks up at the stars."Ah, another sleepless night for me Freo".

Freo continues to walk into the darkness, he seems to be engulfed in his thoughts.

Kincent stands watching as Freo walk in to the Darkness.He thinks about many things as he stands there, but one thing seem to engulfed all of his other thoughts ."Pah,maybe I should get some sleep".Kincent gets ready to walk back to town,but then decieds to stay in the Woods.He climbs in a tree,to his suprise he falls asleep....

Maktan relizes that he is out of wood and finds a big tree.Maktan thinks weird sounds ((snoring)) is coming from it but think it as his imagination as he start chopping.

Kincent jumps up from a nightmare "Nooo" he yells, as he wipes sweat from his face.Kincent slow falls back asleep.Only to be awoke a few minutes late to the sound of an axe........then the tree begins to fall and Kincent trys to jump but it is far to late.He feels a pain in his arm as he looks over to his arm to see that the tree is crushing it.Kincent then pass's out

"what the Hell?!" maktan says. He looks at the man lieing on the ground. Kincent! Maktan carry him to a clearing in the forest and inspect the damage maktan did to kincent. "so i did hear snoring! I'm so sorry kincent! Wake up wake up!".

Kincent begins to Dream then hears the scream of a Dwarf he has come to know quite well.Kincent slowly wakes as he try to move,He notices that he can't move his arm.Kincent holds in the pain."Maktan, next time check before you cut" Kincent says with a grin.Then he lays his head donw and begins to think, for he has to much on his mind to worrie about the pain in his arm.

"any where I can lay in pace...like all ways"........Kincent begins to think about her again. ((Kincent arm is, Kincent is useing the stick to hold him self. the pain makes him weak so he use the stick to hold him self up till Maktan got there))

Kincent watchs as Maktan walks off,He then turns and walks in the other away only to turn around and walk back towards the spot where He saw Malinne last.He walks along as the sun slow begins to rise.
