Illarion.org

I'm trying to download illarion for my cusin in ohio (i go up there ever summer) but, when it is finshed downloading it say " windows cannot acess the specified device,path,or file. you my not have appropate permissions to access the item."
He uses windows ME, and has Derict x 9.0, if anyone can help me please do..I haven't been able to play in two days

well maybe next time make sure you have the stuff before you download them
