I was thinking since everyone was dueling out side of town and trainning. They get in peoples way. So I thought of a way to make a safe place to duel and have there fun.

I have not yet made plannings((blueprints)) I was wondering first if the town wanted it before I made plans.

I was also hoping that people will donate money to the building. I also ask the following guilds for support and lobor:

Evergreen Halflings
UCA
Silverstar Merchants
Lyrenzia ((the Government))

I have donated all I have which is 28 ingots. So if you see me on the street and want to donate stop and please give so. Everyone who donats will be remember I will write them all down and make a thank you list for everyone to see.

Please give me your support. It will make dueling safer because I plan to make near a Cross so if people do die that dont have far to walk.

I support this idea 100%. It is good that some people would like the town to be safer .
