I have just read like 4 or 5 differnt topic discussions, and for some reason people just cant stop themselves from jumping down the peoples throats. why is it that every one in Illarion cant just get over teeny tiny little mistakes they made, isnt there a way to kindly tell someone they are wrong AND when somone does do it this way and kindy tells you that they have a differnt opinion no need to explode. we are all intelligent beings I am sure if we all tried to be civil to eachother we would all llive in this world much more happily. please, if i am wrong, tell me kindly in a nice way...

I've seen various attempts to liven up Illarion, through roleplaying ; For Example, that race war that dwarf started. And immediately, instead of playing along, people just say "you are weak, I will kill you" and then claim that they are great roleplayers.
Well, that was kind of off-topic, but eh ... I thought i'd say it anyway

I myself play a very agressive Character, but i refrain from makin "Race-Wars" every second Weekend.
My Character was resposible for some little to some major fights, but under no circumstances do i ever belive that brutal Fightings are the Essence of a Roleplay, nor do they "lighten it up".
They give the Player/Character a shurt Rush of Adrenalin, but if you look for this Thrill a Ego-Shooter is more fitting.

its because some people have the lack of common sense.

If you're reffering to the replies against ignorant people who obstinately refuse to use the search fuunction and thus continously make the same topics again and again, then frustration and fury can be hard to control in the face of such stupidity.
In game however, I completely agree with you.

But maybe these are important topics, that need to be addressed again.
Who knows, I'm just another random dumbass.

Grenicus,, what I am reffering to especially is
Topics about names.
Topics on how long it takes to get confirmation/activation
If you look at the Account forum, that's basically all there is... topic after topic with the exact same questions again and again...
If someone makes a new topic on the same question, they blatantly show off that they don't give a shite what other people before them have asked nor what answer they have given. They simply think that they are special and important enough to ask once again for themself.

Yeah, I understand, but I guess for people new to the game, it wouldn't seem so obvious to go search for existing topics of the same nature.

If you just open the account topic, the first thing you will see is
How long???
Question about account accept
Come on I wanna play!!!
and so forth...
and Interestingly enough, only the english speaking newcomers seem to have this problem.

I don't wonder why when we're faced with English speakers like you...
I had a pretty good reason for starting fires, its just that no one wanted to roleplay along. A lot of the people I told the reason understood. Then, people who didn't even ask why just killed me on the spot, or threatened to. Even funnier, I would light fires, people would chase me out, and then five minutes later I would walk through town and no one cared. The worst roleplayer I encountered was Fooser. He would light a fire, then, when I would light a fire a second after me, would kill me. Then, he would kill me again when I revived.

mishrack when you say its only the english speakers, I completely agree.
Though I am from Miami, and it would normally be an insult to me, I completely agree with you. Acctually now that I think about it, most of the people who ask the same questions over and over again dont seem to get in. Adleast I never see them in the game nor do I see their posts ever again. Maybe I should pay more attention... who knows...
As for the main topic, I completely agree with that as well.

there is a topic a bit down the list in the account forum and i translated it, all he basically said was hes been waiting a long time and he wants to play. I don't like being judged by what people around me do. Just because some german guy calls me a moron in a grocery store thinking i don't know what he's saying doesn't mean im going to think all germans are bastards.

What are you talking about, that was never an insult to english speakers...
All i said was look on the account forum, and all you will see are english posts asking when and how.
