My Character's Password!(GAMEMAStER HELP PLEASE))

Hello,
I've been everywhere to consult this problem. From email, to pm, and now the forums.
I have a character named Kyro, and after the wait for my account to be accepted I forgot the password. Hey, Im not lying if you need assurance the email that comes with the character should tell you if I have the character, even the persons real name.
Please help me out because I want to roleplay, sorry to sound like a whiner.
