I am to believe that Fortinbris Bloodhearte is only being charged of casting in town.....He can not be charged for telling someone how to create these altars for it is only up to that person to create them and use them. Bloodhearte is someone who wouldn't not attack the townsfolk on purpose......he casted the magic in town for protection.......most of the townsfolk of Trollbane do not like people who worship the god he does and so they dispise him. Tell me this would you use magic to protect yourself if the townsfolk of trollsbane dispised you and came after you just because of the god you whorship....i think you would protect yourself i know that for a fact.
Argue with me now about this or he is not guilty for a little casting where alot of people have done this before aswell and what they get is just someone saying to not cast in town but to leave the town and cast out there. But i see because he follows this god of his he needs to be punished more then other people who do not follow this god.

Well, the thing is not whether Bloodhearte is an acceptable guy now or not. He actually is. You've just got to et to know him and be sure to have an open mind because he didn't start out on good terms with the rest of the town. He had made attempts, or rather claimed to attempt to summon Moshran with unacceptable intentions. He was mean to people and basically just wanted to get a rise out of everybody, and he did. But some of the towns folk had, shall we say, put him in his place.
Now, whether he had the strength to or not, I don't think he would wreak the same havoc he tried to before. He is pretty neutral now, but people still hold his first approaches against him. Nobody can blame anybody for it. He is more likely to be tried and punished for crimes because, well, it was these same crimes that he was not liked very much in the first place. People are more likely to keep an eye out for him. People will still hold things against him...
It doesn't sound right and it doesn't sound fair, but it kind of is. Bloodhearte will just have to live with what he brought upon himself until he is finally accepted for who he is.
I'd like to say as his exile ends tomorrow, give him a chance to prove he is not just another bloodthirsty, or fire casting idiot. So he's a follower of Moshran. So what? As long as he doesn't try to use him to destroy us.

Yes that is true.....But i also think he shouldn't get punished more just because of what he did before he should just have the same treatment as everyone else.....A warning not to cast in town.....and as i said he didn't cast in twon on purpose he casted in town to protect himself and that is allowed is it not. Thankyou Malinne for supporting him. Only if everyone else could see this to.
I would also like to say this,
Bloodhearte did nothing wrong he is only being punished because people can see that they can when he should not be.

Bloodhearte's reputation is not a good one, we can all admit that, but the way some people treat him is disgusting, people attack him on sight and then try to trial him when he defends himself with magic, how pathetic is that.
Bloodhearte is a good friend and a good man, he deserves another chance, and if you argue that he follows moshran and shouldnt be given another chance then you should be ashamed.

I also thankyou Guingalan for your support on this.....and he is right Bloodhearte is only being charged for casting magic when he did it only to protect himself. Think about what you have read here and tell me if you think Bloodhearte is still guilty or not.
But take to mind that you can not judge someone for what they where you can only judge them for who they are now

Dorfus thinks.
"Isn't Bloodhearte a kind dwarf who loves to make gold and wishes for world peace? I could be thinking of someone else..."

Nobody is charged for casting in town when this is the only way to defend himself from attackers. The laws which Lyrenzia follows clearly state the difference between justified and unjustified use of magic.
Fortinbris Bloodhearte was charged for lightning magic fires in town, from which he made his "altars". He was neither charged for spreading certain ideas nor for defending himself.

Look people.....If you spend time with Bloodhearte now you will see he is not the same person he once was.....I have seen evil people become good and good people become evil many people start to dispise the ones that turn evil from good......and then ones that turn good from evil eveyone congradulates them and is happy for them.....but in Bloodheartes case people still hate him because of what he did. I know not everyone that has done what bloodhearte changes that is why it is hard for you all to see that he has. Spend time with him without attacking him or abuseing him. You will start to see he is not evil....and you will also see that he didn;t do anything on purpose because he couldnt of done it.

Bloodhearte, you have been giving more credit for things then you deserve. All you really ever did was cast in town. You rarely killed anyone and you rarely did anything. You were only made some infamous because you were "evil".
I think these people like Grant Herion, and his friends who kill often are much more dangerous then you ever were.

I didn't say you didn't do anything, I say you were never scary or evil, Grant Herion and others kill which makes you scared to walk the streets. Well, he is exiled for another 7 days I think...

A few weeks ago I saw Fortinbris or someone very much like him casting his "altars" all over town.

Do not lie Fortinbris, you know you casted a 'altar' near the workshop a few weeks ago. And then you set flames to Lyrenzia's wall when it came up, then you made more altars near the shop!

yes, but few know how to make poison flames. Even less know how to make altars. Fortinbris, if you did it you did it, if you didn't you didn't, it doesn't matter. You were tried and convicted for those crimes and the making of this book did nothing but get many people angry and even more against us, do not poor salt on old wounds.

Grant, I have seen you cast in town, I have seen your cowardly uses of magic and I have seen you kill pointlessly, bloodhearte never did any of this.
He taught people how to make the altars, therefore he isnt responsible if someone else casts them, that is thier own choice.
I think everyone knows how to make the altars now, I have seen them on many an occasion.
Bumbol, cease your ignorant babbling and learn to think a little.

You casted on the town walls.
You casted on my crop.
You casted on me in the library.
You killed me in the library while I tried to talk to you.
You casted on Xerake pointlessly with the intent of killing him.
You attempted to kill me another time by the tavern.
Anyone else care to add to the list?

lets see.... I told both you and Xerake to stop attacking me and you didn't... So of course I casted to help myself. And when did I cast on your crop? I casted on you in the library after you were chasing me through town. And I did not try to kill you in the tavern, lies like that will not let you leave for long.
