right, if I'm going to play this game I'll need a manual, where can I find one that is complete?

You can push ingame F1 till F5 for help.
These days exist not realy a offical manual, the team is working on it.

Just come ingame, be quiet and listen for a little while. Then you will learn how to play.
Thats the way I did.
