The fifth Judicial Trial of the Lyrenzia Foundation has hereby begun.

The charges are:

• Adano Eles accuses the halfling named Athin of the following crimes:
  
  He continously casted within the borders of Troll's Bane, even after he was told to stop.
  He pushed me from the roof of the library.
  He attacked different persons, including myself.

Reminder:
Duration of the Trial Period:

During the 5 day period, anyone can present their testimony, evidence, opinions, on the public board or through any other communication with the Lyreniza Foundation, which can all be used by the judges to evaluate the case. If the accused pleads Guilty within the first 2 days of the trial, the time of their sentence will be reduced to 3/5 or 4/6 of the regular time.


End of a Trial:

A trial will end when:

• Anytime that the defendant pleads guilty
• When the Lyrenzia Foundation has delcared its verdict on the accused (which will usually take 5 full days unless all judges have already cast their vote)

  Er hörte trotz Ermahnung nicht auf weiterhin innerhalb der Stadt zu zaubern.
  Er schubste mich vom Dach der Bibliothek.
  Er griff verschiedene Personen, mich eingeschlossen, an.

Zur Erinnerung:
Dauer und Ablauf des Gerichtsverfahrens:

Während der 5 Tage kann jeder seine Zeugenaussage, seine Vermutungen, seine Meinungen am schwarzen Brett oder durch anderweitige Kommunikation mit der Lyrenzia Foundation zu diesem Fall abgeben. Diese können alle von den Richtern verwendet werden, um die Anklage zu beurteilen. Sollte sich der Angeklagte innerhalb der ersten beiden Tage des Gerichtsverfahrens selber für schuldig befinden, wird die Zeit der Strafe auf 3/5 oder 4/6 der regulären Zeit reduziert.

Ende eines Gerichtsverfahrens:

Ein Gerichtsverfahren endet, wenn:

• der Angeklagte sich als schuldig erklärt
• die Lyrenzia Foundation ihren Urteilsspruch über den Angeklagten abgegeben hat (dies wird normalerweise 5 volle Tage dauern, außer alle Richter haben schon früher ihr Urteil gefällt).

I want to add two more points:

He started a fire in the Fluffy Sheep Tavern. Damage as I could estimate:
2 Chairs and a part of the bar burned.

He started a fire in the Silverstar Merchants Shop. Estimated damage: shop bar burned.

When did this happen?
I had thought before that a halfling known as Athin was already struck down by the gods some weeks ago.

It happened yesterday in the afternoon ((CEST)).
There have been several witnesses of his deeds, which I ask to tell what happened here too. One of them has been John Irenicus.

I was also attacked when i was walking through the alley between the shop and the library. I saw all the fires and stopped to see what was going on when he ran out and hit me before running, hiding and casting magic on me. i called a large group of people to help me calm him and i'm not exactly sure what happened then.

I ((Faramier)) Xerake and lenti also witnessed these crimes, Athin was struck down, but continued to cast with renewed insanity.

He has attempted to kill a number of people and has set many buildings on fire. He also asked for 5 ingots a month to cease the castings thus holding the town at ransom.

Athin has been found guilty of the following charges

1)Adano Eles accuses Athin of unjustified casting in town
2)Adano Eles accuses Athin of an unjustified attack on himself

The total sentence for these crimes are 13 hours of prison.

Athin now has 24 hours to choose imprisonment. If he does not choose imprisonment by this time, he will then be labeled as "Exile" for 13 days.
