by Lyrenzia Foundation
(deutsche Version siehe unten)

The third Judicial Trial of the Lyrenzia Foundation has hereby begun.

The charges are:
  • Morgaine Le Fay accuse the dwarf Dunthor of betraying her with 1000 logs of wood or 19 ingots silver.
  • Tamti accuses the dwarf Dunthor of stealing her 250 bottles.
  • Ezorock accuses the dwarf Dunthor of an unjustified attack against himself.
  • Viola Thistle accuses the dwarf Dunthor of an unjustified attack against himself.
If there are any people out there that were wronged by Dunthor, they may bring in their charges in this trial, too.

Reminder:
Duration of the Trial Period:

During the 5 day period, anyone can present their testimony, evidence, opinions, on the public board or through any other communication with the Lyreniza Foundation, which can all be used by the judges to evaluate the case. If the accused pleads Guilty within the first 2 days of the trial, the time of their sentence will be reduced to 3/5 or 4/6 of the regular time.

End of a Trial:

A trial will end when:
  • Anytime that the defendant pleads guilty
  • When the Lyrenzia Foundation has delcared its verdict on the accused (which will usually take 5 full days unless all judges have already cast their vote)
---

My statment in this matter was only to add to Morgaines accussation that Dunthor is indeed a scoundrel, I am unsure how this works but I do not wish to press any charges or take any part of this other than being a witness to the acts of the dwarf. So I ask that my accussation be removed and my statment only used as a witness to the evils he is capable of. Thank you.

can i please put a charge against him for attacking me for no reason?

( Also in extreme cases can the accused person not have the choice to be Exiled or go in the Dungeon.....Dunthor is as good as Exiled anyway! )

Your charge against Dunthor has been added, Ezorock.
In a state of emergency where the will of the gods ((server rules)) has has been violated, we may declare him 'Exile' until he has been caught by force and locked away, just like Gloran Basilio.

If anyone has witnessesd that Dunthor has commited more than just simple crimes and violated the will of the gods, then please write it down as well.

Viola fills out yet another witness parchment today:

Today while standing just outside the depot in front of the tavern Dunthor the Dwarf, who was hiding in the shadows, attacked me. The Gods look in my favor I believe, because Crosis was there again to heal my wounds.

I am worn and tired, badly bruised, and only barely healed from an attack from an orc only a few days ago. I do believe that the accused, Dunthor, should be tried for each and every accusation and sentanced accordingly!

Dear Viola Thistle,

Are you making a charge against Dunthor as well then?
Or are you only providing testimony?

by Viola Thistle
Viola blinks as she tries to understand what the consequences of such an action would be. "If I charge Dunthor, he may as well hunt for me more, perhaps I will not be as lucky as in the past. However, if I let my fear stop me from delivering justice - It might as well be my hand that slaughters his next victim."

Dyluck,

I formally charge Dunthor for attacking and wounding me outside the tavern.

While am at it, I might as well formally charge his seemingly partner, Gloran as well for attacking and injuring me at the smithy.

Too late Gloran. You'll be spending the rest of your days behind bars.

And Dunthor's next soon if he doesn't give himself up.

Viola, your charge has been added.

Do you plead guilty to all charges, Dunthor?

I, too, accuse Dunthor of unjustified attacks against me. I was hurt ((killed)) once I believe, by him, after I got done training with a friend. ((He claims that Gloran, who I believe is on the same account, hired Dunthor to kill me.)) We got revenge, but he got angry to the point where he attacked ANYBODY or ANYTHING that moved. ((He also killed Bumbol around 23 times)) It troubled us to the point where Dax, Gannon, and I had to defend anybody that we knew was in town, because nobody was safe from him.

Hmph bloody dwarf... Anyway. Tis true all of it. I hope to see him rot in prison the rest of his life. Maybe in with Gloran. They can try to scam and kill each other for the rest of there lives...

Gannon walks off with a bit of a limp

yes, he did indeed injure me a very large amount of times. He stayed near the cross so I couldn't get healed, he hit me a large amount of times there. I hope the prison guards throw him away for good. Also, he hurt Viola Thistle 3 or 4 times and Ferrow 3 or 4 times. For no reason at all.

Dunthor has pleaded guilty to all the charges.

Dunthor, you now have exactly 3 days to make the following payments to either the following victims or to the Lyreniza Foundation.
  • -1000 logs of wood or 19 silver ingots to Morgaine Le Fay
  • -250 bottles to Tamti
Further sentencing will be delivered once payements have been made or the time limit of 3 days expires.

ahh I dont have anyhting so iam not paying them back... I can be a slave though

by Dyluck
If you don't pay up within this time limit, you can ask you friend Gloran Basilio, who is locked away forever, what happens.

You'd better explain what you did with all the money you stole, and if you can't get it back..... then you'd better go work and GET those 1000 logs and 250 bottles within these 3 days.........or you can get ready to join Gloran.
