Lava, and fires and other things

Lava would be a nice addition to any dungeon aswell as the forges of silberbrand, shouldnt be too hard to do, just a different tile.
Forest fires, simply, a tree catches fire by some form of natural means, the fire spreads, you get a forest fire, simple.
Bury things, use a shovel on grass or forest make a hole, bury something there, ingots armour whatever, theres a secret cache that stays there for ever or untill its dug up. Then we could make treasure maps and have quest for treasure aswell as looking for other peoples treasure and well you get the point.
Spears, ones you cant throw, one and two handed, one handed so you can use with a shield and get a phalanx effect the other two handed does more damage.
