I have witnessed Fooser set flames to the Silverstar shop, and I seen him set fire to the cross near the Silverstar shop.

To make a few notes...1) I am ashamed of taking part in this garbage, but I suppose it must be done...for now 2) Moathia never witnesses any castings on the Silverstar shop, only the cross, merely that and nothing more 3) Many Lyrenzia members have acted with vigilante justice during these recent events, instead of using a civilized court system, which I believe goes against the teachings of this group 4) And I want it noted for the future that I never casted any fires in Silverbrand, I never killed Ezo, and I never used throwing stars on anyone, and Gloran Basilio should NEVER be considered a credible witness in the future

If you are wondering why I am very picky about the witnesses is, because I was there indeed.

I pleade Guilty to any charges, and will pay damages to the silverstar shop in whatever currency I have. I choose exile from the town, where I will remain north of town borders. I have pleased guilty within the first two days, meaning the term is cut to around 4 days I believe. Anyone who attacks me during my exile time, while I am outside town limits will be remembered and revenged.

Gloran Basilio, if you are confused between Silverstar and Silverbrand, I will remind you that this trial is about property damage on the building known as the Silverstar Merhcants Shop, not the dwarven city known as Silverbrand.

Fooser has pleaded Guilty to the charges against him.

Fooser, you have 3 days as of this sentence to pay the Silverstar Merchants in the amount of 3200 gold, or any lesser amount that you can negociate with the Silverstar Merchants.

Further sentencing will be delivered once payements have been made, or other arrangements for time extention for payment delivery, or the time limit of 3 days expires.

Do rings count as money :D

I would like to clarify that Fooser is not in a state of Exile as of yet.
As the procedural details indicate:
When the Guitly verdict is delivered to a "steailng" type crime where payment is necessary to the victim, the accused will have 3 days to pay back the victim, or make arrangements with victim for later payment, or pay to Lyrenzia first if can't find victim. Payments and arrangments must be confirmed by a Lyrenzia Councilor (or the victim). If payment or arrangements are not made, then accused will be labeled an Exile until payment or arrangements are made. After payments or arrangements are made, the same procedures of choosing prison/exile as described above will follow.
I will also remind you Fooser, that perhaps you could negociate with the victims to pay them a larger sum or something in exchange for the withdrawal of charges.

I will also remind you that if you later choose not to serve your prison time, it will leave a black mark on your voting rights someday.

As to your question about rings, that is for you to negociate with the Silverstar Merchants.

(how does prison work without a GM, or do you use the help of a GM?)

((Once you choose prison, we'll find a GM as soon as possible to put you in.))

What about him burning the cross? Surely that is in some state of disrepair as result of his actions. I think that he should have a punishment to deter him from vadalising the town again.

Fooser may negotiate with preferabely Mishrack, but also Roke or I are good enough.

Nay, I think we should all meet with him.
And no, we will not accept rings as payment. Only ingots or coin for now.

That is where you are wrong Fooser, when you casted on the shop, I saw you from the library room.

Fooser, I'll remind you that you have approximately 1 more day to make payments or arrangements with the Silverstar Merchants. If it has already been done, then one of the Silverstar Merchants should report it here to confirm it.

3 days are up and Fooser has not been reported to have made payments or arrangements with the Silverstar Merchants for the damages which he plead guilty to.

Fooser has now been labeled an "Exile" until he has made payments or arrangements with the Silverstar Merchants.

We, The Silverstar Merchants will not negotiate with such a tyrant as Fooser. I arrived at the shop, and it was on fire. Although I did not see him light it, he was shouting "Finish off The Evil Establishment". I came to town to negotiate for him but such negotiations will not happen because of his actions.

Fooser, you now have 24 hours to write that you choose prison. If you choose prison, your sentence will be 4 hours. If you have not written your choice of prison within 24 hours of this message, you will be labeled an exile for 4 days instead.

If you choose prison after your 24 hours expires, an additional hour of prison time will be added for every day that has passed since the expiry.

Whenever you choose prison, you will still retain the rights of any normal citizen (not be exiled) while waiting to be taken into prison.

Keep in mind that unserved prison time will act as an obstacle to your future voting rights.

All exact details are at Lyrenzia Castle.

Voting rights? hahaha, and actually, Exile is a freedom from the prison of which you have made Trollsbane, Id gladly take Exile from the garbage hole you have made the town, I use to be able to see the forest, now I see stones
