The Lyrenzia Foundation has implemented the Public Voting System which will allow public representitves to be elected and allow certain decisions to be made by the public votings. Those who are eligible to vote are known as Registered Citizens. The full details can be found at Lyrenzia Castle or in the parchment below.

Public Elections

A Public Election will be held every 3 months in order to elect public representitives into the Lyrenzia Foundation. During every three months, all eligible Registered Citizens can nominate people into the next election. To be a final candidate in the next election, a person usually needs to be nominated by at least 5 Registered Citizens. This way, the final candidates are narrowed down to a smaller number, instead of including everyone who nominates themself or such. If there are a lack of final candidates, the number of nominations required might be lowered at election time.

During the end of every 3 months, all the final candidates name are put on the boards and all Registered Citizens can vote for someone to be elected. People can vote openly on the boards or by private messenger (to the Lyrenzia Foundation board account). The number of available spots in the Lyrenzia Foundation for these public representitives will range from 1 to 5 during the first election, depending on the number of final candidates available. Those who have been sucessfully elected into the Lyrenzia Foundation will work for a 3 month term until the next election. There is no limit on being re-elected.

The first election is scheduled to start on May 5th but it may possibly be delayed.

Registered Citizens

Those who meet the following conditions are recognized by the Lyrenzia Foundation as Registered Citizens:

-Existance has been proven by a Councillor (representitive) of the Lyrenzia Foundation ((Verified by a Lyrenzia Councillor to exist in-game))
-He has lived on the island for at least 3 months as proven by their name on the town walls. ((Has a matching board account name that has existed for at least 4 months))

All registered citizens will be allowed to participate in all Public Votings such as the Public Elections. Registered Citizens who are already in Lyrenzia Foundation guilds will only be able to participate in other Public Votings, but not the Public Elections

The following list of names are those who have already been found to meet the above two conditions by the time of the next scheduled public election. Those who meet the above conditions but whose name isn't on the list yet can find a Councillor (representitive) of the Lyrenzia Foundation to become registered.

Die Lyrenzia Foundation hat ein öffentliches Abstimmungssystem geschaffen, welches der Öffentlichkeit erlaubt, eigene Vertreter (Ratsherren) für Lyrenzia zu wählen und erlaubt, gewisse Entscheidungen durch öffentliche Abstimmungen zu treffen.
Die Personen, die ein Abstimmungsrecht haben, werden "Registrierte Bürger" genannt.
Die genauen Details können in der Burg von Lyrenzia oder im folgenden Anschlag eingesehen werden.

Öffentliche Wahlen:

Eine öffentliche Wahl wird alle drei Monate abgehalten werden, um öffentliche Vertreter (Ratsherren) in die Lyrenzia Foundation zu wählen. Während der drei Monate kann jeder "Registrierte Bürger" einen wählbaren Kandidaten für die nächste Wahl vorschlagen.
Um ein wählbarer Kandidat in der nächsten Wahl zu sein, muss eine Person gewöhnlich von 5 "Registrierten Bürgern" vorgeschlagen werden.
Auf diese Weise wird die Anzahl der Kandidaten auf eine überschaubare Menge reduziert, um zu Vermeiden, dass sich Kandidaten nur selber vorschlagen.
Falls es zu wenig Kandidaten geben sollte, behält sich Lyrenzia vor, die Anzahl von 5 bei der Wahl zu senken.

Während des Ablaufs von drei Monaten, werden alle wählbaren Kandidaten am schwarzen Brett veröffentlicht und alle "Registrierten Bürger" können eine Stimme für einen abgeben.
"Registrierte Bürger" können öffentlich am schwarzen Brett wählen oder über eine private Nachricht an die Lyrenzia Foundation.
Die Anzahl der wählbaren Kandidaten für den Lyrenzia Rat wird von einem bis zu fünf Ratsherren reichen, abhängig von der Anzahl der wählbaren Kandidaten.
Diejenigen, die erfolgreich gewählt wurden, werden für drei Monate bis zur nächsten Wahl als Ratsherren von Lyrenzia mitarbeiten.

Die erste Wahl soll voraussichtlich am 5. Mai beginnen. Doch kann dies vielleicht noch einmal verschoben werden.

"Registrierte Bürger":

Diejenigen, die die folgenden Bedingungen erfüllen, werden von Lyrenzia als "Registrierte Bürger" anerkannt:

- Ihre Existenz muss von einem Ratsherrn von Lyrenzia bestätigt werden ((d. h. ein Ratsherr muss die Person in den Straßen von Troll's Bane kennen))- Er muss seit 3 Monaten auf der Insel wohnen, überprüfbar durch den Namen der Person auf dem schwarzen Brett.((d.h. die Person hat einen Boardaccount seit mindestens vier Monaten))

Alle "Registrierten Bürger" haben die Erlaubnis, an jeder öffentlichen Abstimmung teilzunehmen, wie zB. die Wahlen von Ratsherren.
"Registrierte Bürger", die schon in Gilden sind, die Lyrenzia beigetreten sind, werden nur an Abstimmungen teilnehmen können, die nicht die Wahl öffentlicher Vertreter für Lyrenzia sind.

Die folgende Liste von Namen sind diejenigen, die schon den Anforderungen eines "Registrierten Bürgers" für die Zeit der nächsten Wahl entsprechen.
Diejenigen, die diesen Kriterien auch entsprechen, aber noch nicht erwähnt sind, können eine Ratsherrn von Lyrenzia aufsuchen, um auch registriert zu werden.

Die Liste der Namen befindet sich im obigen englischsprachigen Anschlag.

es ist in dem obigen Anschlag klar beschrieben, was derjenige machen soll, der meint, auf der Liste zu fehlen:

Von daher bitte ich diejenigen Personen einen Ratsherrn von Lyrenzia aufzusuchen und sich bei ihm zu melden. Der Ratsherr wird dann die zweite Bedingung überprüfen und entsprechend den Namen dann der Liste zufügen lassen.

Ich möchte hiermit beantragen, dass mein Name auf die Liste gesetzt wird und außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass mein Kamerad Freaper ebenfalls nicht erwähnt ist, obwohl wir beide die Bedingungen erfüllen.

There has been an internal miscommunication about the eligibility of those who are already members of Lyrenzia Foundation.
Gorr Ta'rak and Briggi Blumenkind has been removed from the list of Registered Citizens, as they have not fulfilled the two described conditions.

What are the requirements and restrictions to run to be a public representative? Hopefully your answer will help other people understand what is needed and is going to happen.

Tsk, how quickly you acredit "this population" as "the population".
We never said we couldn't figure out what "a population" wants nor that our population wouldn't grow.

This list of people are "the people" to the Foundation and to those who care about the list only because they support the the authority to make such requirement. It could be just as much only "a population" to anyone else. This is still a "subset", but only that now you personally consider it as good enough subset for you to call it "the people".

The original list was only a starting sample. If you want to register then simply follow the given directions.

Looked for all eligible citizens within Lyrenzia Foundaiton guilds and then added a random sample of eligible non-Lyrenzia Fondation guild citizens of near similar proportion to start off the list.

Fine, I'll add you to the list.

But if I ever meet the lizardman I know as Thereadore again one day and he tells me that he never wrote on the walls by that name, then I will be extremely angry.
