could you put a pyramid in the desert, not that trollsbane is ancient egypt, but it certainly would be a good place to put mummies, skeletons, undead creatures ect. I like going on adventures and exploring new places, the graphic for a pyramid would be cake.I just think it would help give us a new place to explore, perhaps you can make it so if you get to the final chamber you get a book like qwan or something. merely a suggestion..

Wouldn't that endange the lives of tradesmen collecting sand?
Not everyone is a fighter...

Ack, I know! Poor Viola is scared to death to go to the desert as it is with all the scorpions and such! :D

What about places to explore that isn't necessarily full of monsters - just the occational one. Perhaps the area is holding strange and rare graphics objects for rp use. A flask with an unknown substance, a book that isn't found anywhere else, jewelry, whatever nifty thing the graphics people have laying around that they have found a use for yet.

Just a thought - it's early and I haven't had my coffee yet.

Yet another "Demon Cave" in our already Monster crowed Island?
No thanks.

Or is there a special Reason you did not tell, Gro'bul?

yes another "demon cave" to form more adventures from. what other reason are you talking about. i just want something interesting to do with people around me. You could always make it a landmark, a study site for preist/esses.

Quite thin, isnt it ?

Nobody discoverd the Mystics behind the Ruins near Trolls Bane.
Neither the Question why Skeletons roam our south Forrest.
Or why the Demon Cave is there, and the Link of it to this Mace.

Where did build the Watchtowers at the Bay?
Who set up the "Wild Garden"?

Questions over Question, most of them unsolved ...

And now you want "just another Demoncave" with "just another unsolved Riddle" ?

Solve the Present, than think about the Next.

You are so right Darlok! I only assumed those had been solved and were in the histories somewhere. I assumed wrong and should have at least asked around a bit.

Begins pondering the origins of various places.

I am quite sure, that at least some of the Questions/Quest listend above by me, are solved.

Atleast the one with the Wild Garden.
But i dont know if the others are solved yet, if not than you have some week-filling RP before you.
Have Fun :)

But to evey new Player they remain unsolved, until he/she searched the RP-Board.

Excuse me! But why exactly do you think a priest/priestess would choose to study in a pyramid overcrowded with monsters in the scorching desert? ...I think not!

HEY, read, i said it DOESNT have to have monsters in it, i said you could research and things there, and the pyramid would provide shade. you could have a spring inside or something. maybe study astrology or something geesh just an idea.

If something like a pyramid is ever introduced then I wouldn't put it on the island we now have. It just doesn't fit to the architectural concept of the other ruins we have. That would be like building a pyramid right next to the Chinese wall...

i did think about that too, maybe something like a mayan pyramid on the forested island?

When the map gets bigger it would be good, currently there isnt really enough desert to put it in. Like the idea though.

Astrology eh?

What book in the library does that remind you of?
