hmm this is strange every once ina while i get an email saying that your were looking at so and so topic and would you like to unwatch it or look at it.

This time i had not even been on the board or looking at the topics why have i recieved this e-mail?

I had this problem too...only thing to do is go to every topic the emails say you are watching..and click "Stop watching topic"

yes i too had the problem what she said

You can change it in your profile options.

Just remove the bottom of the email reminding.

Some people including me never changed the option in our profile...it changed by itself.
