I got an email for a different character.... For an elf named Vorlage. I signed up for a human named Cemal. I think there might have been a mixed up.

No, its at the top of the form when you recieve the questions and means, according to some messed-up translator, in German:

So, I don't think it is a mistake, in fact, I know its not a mistake. And the elf part, that tells you what your questions are about.

The word Vorlage is german and means somthing like "form". When you post in the Illarion - Forum you have to use a form (=Vorlage).
It's not a name.

not fully correct...
the word "vorlage" means a kind of form in which you just need to fill some missing infos...
like a buisness letter which just needs the name and reason for the action described filled in...
