The Code of Honor

As in the medieval times there needs to be a code of honor which reduced the killing of innocent and lower classmen. I propose the following even though I am not here for a while. :D

A Total Mage Mastery Meter
(well since the bar is gone, what ever you call it)Also he/she must know all runes to be a real mage.

A Total Warrior Mastery Meter
He/she muxt know the basic skills (ex. Slashing Concussion , Parry)

Classes:
-Innocent
-Unknown(anything)
-Lowerclass Mage (50% of his Total Mage Mastery Meter is completed)
-Middleclass mage (From 50% to 75% of his Total Mage Mastery Meter is completed)
-Elite Mage (75% or more Total Mage Mastery Meter is completed)
-Lowerclass Warrior(50% of his Total Warrior Mastery Meter is completed)
-Middleclass Warrior(From 50% to 75% of his Total Warrior Mastery Meter is completed)
-Elite Warrior(75% ore more Total Warrior Mastery Meter is completed)
-Both
-etc. as you wish

These groups must abide by the rules that they are under if they do not then somehow they are punished, if the crime is severe then only by Death. The mages only fight a mage unless either one accept through a small window (which roleplayingly says do you accept my challenge? and such things like that.

I really think that this will bring some order to the chaos now. Oher ideas are up to game producers and the mods to decide. This will or may eb controled by the gm or the software itself. It up to you.

And remember it is how you live that adds to your honor not how you die.

Untill then...

zare you saying to be a master mage, all you need is the skill under your skill bar? jsut the colorless word? all of them? whats the point of this?

This would encourage powergaming more than anything...the point of illarion is not to gain skills (though that is a part of it) but to RP.
These classes you refer to should be roleplayed and not made a "reward" for those who powergame to obtain master skills.

If the game isn't all about skills then how come skills are so difficult to increase? Why put so much work into something that isn't the main part of the game? I do think there should be classes though. I dunno what exactly you mean though...heh.

all it is intenting to do is determine your class and you can only fight amongst your class limits, ex. you are a honorable warrior therefore you cannot kill an innocent and would make you look bad.get my point?

I do not see how this makes people power game or how you can be a master mage. If you read correctly it never mentions anything of this matter. All it said is to add 2 bars from which determines your class and your limitations as that class.

Oh and the meters are determined by your skill in that certain field.

The skills are hard to master to add a sense of realism and lower the amount of powergaming.
