I was trying to fight Zombies when Zuljin appeared (ELF 4611)
And when my character was being hurt badly I ran, and logged.
Now, he, made fields where my character would appear and trapped me,
and when I talked to him he would ignore me and cast fields everywhere.
Then, after I tried to teach him a lesson he multi-casted spells everywhere.
Everywhere including me. This guy is trapping players with fields and now my newbie charcter has really bad skills, and he will PAY! ARRGHHH!
PLEASE DELETE ZULJIN, he caused trouble before and is doing it again!!!!

I have had problems with him also. and he attacked alot of other people aswell. I can not see any reason for his actions and when i asked him "why?" he did not aswer

Any other people that can vote him off?

I had a feeling you would say that.
But my point is, he murdered the Seer and attacked me.
And others say he is PK'ing in town.
He did this a long time ago, too, and he wears 2 shields (remember him now?)
He is just like Darkwalker in my opinion, except never talks or makes moronic insults.

No, 4611 is Zuljin.
There is a GM in the 4XXX, though.

well from what you have said Erdrick, it sounds to me like Zuljin saw you log off after being wounded in a fight, so he interacted to teach you not to do that, with the casting of the fields where you left.  And later when you told him to stop casting and he wouldnt, you attacked him i think, and he fought back.  Remember the no casting in town is a town rule, not one for the GMs to interfere with unless they are being harrassed.  So the people to inforce the rules are the townspeople, but if your not strong enough to stop the law breaker, then you probably shouldnt try to force them to by yourself, get some help next time.  Well Im not defending a pker, Im just saying from what you said, it doesnt sound to me like he is a pker at all, just a neusence who respects the laws of the land, not of the town.  But thats just what I think, and I have been known to be wrong before, well only once

but maybe he has done other things that would make him be a pker that you just didnt tell in your recap.

Just want to say that I've heard many claims before that Zuljin is a pk.

The point is, maybe Zuljin should be watched for his actions today, IF that was all he did,
but since he is a PK from quite a while ago, and most of you are too know to know that,
then he is to be judged MUCH more harshly.

First. It was a new Char, if Ive understood Erdrick right. So the way for Zuljin would be to teach it first. Why have Zuljin attacked first and not spoken with the Char?
Second. Field laying on log-points is absolute non-RP. Log in and out is a way in and out the game. Its nothing in the game only. So the Char doesnt know, that there will appear another Char. This is knowledge of players not of Chars.
Third. Log off in fight is a game rule from outside. IMHO this isnt a reason for killing a Char in game. So Zuljin should get a warning at least, if it is right.

No, if someone logs off during or right after a fight because they are weak they should be killed, not to kill a character but to lower his skills as a punishment for not roleplaying.  The killer would have to step out of his role playing efforts for the betterment of the town, we dont want people who will log off during a fight running around town, that just makes the RP facter as a whole go down.  There would be no point in fighting if everyone just logged off when they were losing, so you have to chose the lesser of two evils here, and that is killing the logger.  And the reason he did not speak to the new person is because that is the way of him, he was RPing at that point, or so I have noticed.  I have only seen Zuljin once or twice in illarion and he seems to keep to himself and punish those he does not like.  So, if your major complaint is that he was not RPing, then your wrong, he was.  He did not speak, which is how his char. is, then he killed a cheating player, and then he did not speak again, so most of this was IC, and the part that was OOC he did to protect illarion.  Wow it sounds like I am standing up for someone I dont even know, but hey, I can only do what I think is right, if im wrong then oh well, but I'm not and you know it, at least let me think that .  Oh yeah, I am NOT zuljin, because as i read what i wrote, it sort of sounds like I am.

Zuljin is an old PK, and his reason for not answering is to tick people off, not roleplaying!
I would appreciate it if people who are a little older than 8000's would speak up.
And the new character was fighting zombies, and it was none of Zuljin's business to hurt him.
And Rugosch is right, he put fields trapping me to the zombies and where my characters would appear, and that is NON-RP. He isn't an assasin, he is a PK. PK!!!
And as for 'punishment' Zuljin COULD have minded his own business, and now he shall know what punishment is.

As I said, log of in a fight is a out-of-game rule, it should be clear, that the punishment lays in the hands of the GMs and not in the hands of a Char.

Log of isnt the right way, but if you kill everyone who make this without telling him what the failure was, the person would never learn. So thats the ABSOLUTE wrong way. Zuljin couldnt know, that a older player sit behind the Char. He had to spoke with the Char. Nothing else.

It was definite PK.

RKE has a similar number yes but THATS NOT WHAT WERE TALKING ABOUT!
And the only reason I logged w/ that char is because (somehow) the zombie started hurting
me greatly and I didnt want to lose all of those skills!
Another thing, that guy wears 4 shields or so, so noone can hurt him, now THATS cheap.
I try to RP, and walk around with an expensive golden robe on.
I can't imagine a mage with 4 shields and going around doing normal life.

Erdrick, please keep to the facts: How do you know that he wears 4 shields? and whats the big deal with 4 shields?
You say your only reason for logging in the fight was to avoid to be killed - are there any other reasons to log in a fight (don't get me wrong, its a bad reason)?
I don't care what Zuljin has done 6 month ago, since he has been punished for the actions he had taken those days, so I don't need a collection of things that he has done sometime, that are also so long ago, that there is no proof anymore. I am just interested what he does now and what parts of it I can be prooven.
Also it would be nice, if you don't command me to do something (topic title "BAN ZULJIN!")

@Erdrick: Maybe it would help if you could tell us the date and time that this happened.

Ack! I'm sorry Bror!
Think about this: You work for about an hour or more, and go try out zombies...
You aren't getting hurt at all, and have scored a score of hits or more.
You know the battle is closing, but the zombie suddenly hurts you down 6/7 of your life!
You run for your live, and it isn't good enough. You think of the precious hour you wasted if
you die in battle. So I log. And keep in mind I don't log out with Erdrick.
I log back on to find myself in the middle of 12 fields (ice fields mind you)
and I emerge as a ghost. Well, the damage to skills wasn't too bad...
Then, when I ask Zuljin why he put fields where I log, he just goes off and ingnores me.
Now, if you judge Darkwalker from what he did in past, why not think of Zuljin's past?
Now, if HE can cover up his little non-RP kill with some RP reason, then
my character "Teleported into the earth" And emerged to find himself covered in flames.
And he has 4 shields, because not 1 of 100 wind arrows pierced his armor.

Don't push it Erdrick!
Darkwalkers punishment was that he has a permanent server ban for his actions. Zuljins punishment was 2 weeks ban, and I won't punish someone for something he was already punished for, so I am not interested if you find someone, who knows something that he has done sometime long in the past.

i just wanted to mention that those newbie murdering pks are really getting on everyones nerves. With reasons like "I kill you. I servant of Moshran. YoU dIe!!!" it's kinda weird to get killed.
Shouldnt be there a way to live a peaceful life without being always aware of a possible murderer behind you? i guess living as a newbie can be hell sometimes, because most Pks dont dare to attack "low-numbered" (nice word *roll eyes*).

Well, Bror, he also killed me, and Aezona today.  Killed me for no reason while I was herb loring, went back tried to reason with him, didn't work, try to poison him, didn't work, and he killed me again there.  Then Aezona tried to help,killed her also...  maybe you ought do something bout it

He denies all of his actions, and now my skills are once again down from an attack made from him or one of his idiotic "Dan Clan" members. I am begging you, Bror, he is a PK~!! Ask around, noone likes him, because he makes them spend more hours on this game trying to regain their skills! Maybe he should have his skills lowered so he knows what it is like! But no, he is behind two giant shields.
