i sent the account request 1 or 2 weeks before the new rule thing saying that no new account requests but i havnt receved the questions yet so i was wondering if i would still be accepted or weather i would have to resend after you are able to send accounts again

Look at the Topic "Current Account Situation", if your Name apears in the List of the first Posting, than you might got deleted.


Else, you should wait longer.

im asking you cos have already looked at the rules page and i dont think it was breaking any rules and i didnt start this to ask about my name i just started it fot if i would still get accepted or weather my request would just get deletedcos of the no new account requesting rule thing and i thourght you guys might be able to help with my name as you have been playing for ages

Well, the rules are clear enough. So if you looked at them all and your name doesn't violate any of them then the chance is quite high that it is not a bad name
However, I wouldn't have taken the short form of an existing name (better the whole long name, as this fits better into the medieval style background) and I wouldn't have taken a greek god as a surname, too. But this is not against the rules and it's not up to me to judge.

The best idea is always trying to create a completely original name. This sounds the most "phantastic" and you won't run into trouble because the name is unfitting, at least as long as it is a name that a member of your chosen race would use.

There is a lot more lieniency given for last names. First names are extremely strict, which I like. Google finds absolutely no hits for "Thereadore".

You didn't know Apollo was the name of a Greek god?! Oh, I see. If you went through an American school system like me, you are excused.

In my name I didn't put a last name because he came from a poor backround. My character's last name is as....hmmm shall we say? Pitiful because of the backround it has. I can't quite pin point the word to say it. Although yeah I guess that name is cool. Although the Apollo sounds like the space mission to the moon

Unfortunatly i didn't read the name rules first. but i like the name. do you think they will delete my account request?
