Illarion.org

Recently we've had several attacks in Illarion, and i think they are just great.  They help to bring the citizens closer together and also provide enjoyment for their basic lifestyles.  I really hope these attacks will continue, and vary a lot - i mean not just the ogres in the pigs field, not just the spiders in the forrest, but different species together walking around the town, and lurking in places.

I have never seen so many people working together

1) wrong board,use RPG.
i have seen more people work together on sept 11th then in illarion EVER
2) YOUR OUTA YOUR MIND mor epeople die and end up powergaming in these attacks and i have to tell them to leave town
3) the attacks will come to an abrumpt stop when i destroy drakhen with the nesscery help

*ggg* Sean, those are some points you're making.  But don't you think that's going to get two more ppl start to nag you?

Its not neccesarily a topic for the rpg board because the player may enjoy the attacks but the character he plays doesn't neccesarily have to like battles.

I like playing in the attack's because it is fun, but then it has it's bad aspects, such as seeing 15 ghosts on the screen at once.

Yes, i think the attacks add an excitement to the sometimes somewhat boring or uneventful Illarion day
and as for weaker people they can always run away, they dont HAVE to fight, although we all want to part of the action :biggrin:

i have no reason to destroy the OTHER mages

I agree to Ishans and Dimitri, these attacks are a very good idea, I hope you continue attacking us - Drakhen! It's a lot of fun trying to make plans or discuss what is to do*g*

An you also meet new people...

Only problem is, that we loose skills if we die... a pitty

Yes - i'm all for that, i was just amazed at that last attack.  There were about 6 people in the cave, fighting and dying, and when we died, we left the cave and found a group of about 10 standing there waiting to heal the wounded and dead - i was just amazed that they were healing us and getting us ready for battle, it was so kind of them, so i'd just like to say thanks to all of them for their help
              It is kind annoying with the loss of stats (maybe there could be some sort of stats protection when there is an attack - but that's pushing it a bit) but i don't mind loosing stats.  In real life, many people would lose arms or legs in battles (equivalent of losing stats) so i think that we should ignore our attacks, and fight to save our town, and all the people in it.  I for one will be protecting anyone, even die for them if they need me to.

oh, and Sean - if you are too scared to fight, or you don't want to lose stats, then thats fine, but just apreciate those 6 souls in that cave fighting for people like you.

No, this is not a OOC board. Its anything that is about Illarion that fits nowhere else.
It could be a rp tip board, a trade board or whatever..

Anything said in character FITS somewhere else (rpg or guild board) therefore something that doesn't fit anywhere else would be ooc..

An rp tip is an ooc thing anyways. Trading done by characters should be done in the rpg board.
