When I got home from school, I started up my computer, and I found my browser could not connect to the web site. Now it can connect to Illarion and thats it. I can also log into Mirc, and when I try to log in, it lets me type a user name and password. Then the screen goes black and then it stops responding. I was wondering if there was some way to fix this? When I log into msn it gives me a message saying. Your browser can not connect to the internet, please ensudre your browser can connect and try again. I don't know whats wrong, it was fine last night. Any ideas?

Do you have a firewall?

The same thing happens to me often. The problem usually for me is fixable by rebooting your computer. It always seems to work for me but other than that I don't know what the cause of this problem could be. Try doing what I did.

Does your browser tell you why it can't connect? Do you get a connection but web pages and other internet programs don't work properly?

Make sure you don't have any missing files to your computer. If you have just one missing file from your internet system, it could mess up the entire program. I remember something like this happend once. Of course, I did what others would do, I restarted my computer.
