What are ingots for?

Um...alright...
I will make a strong attempt to answer your question. I must say, this is a hard question to answer. I'll try my best to explain it though...
1 ingot basically equals 250 gold. You use ingots to buy things.

Ingots are a form of currency, a commodity really.
Ingots buy and sell for the same price, 250 gold. That just means that instead of having to have a whole bunch of gold stored away, you can have much less ingots (1/250th to be exact).
And if you ever want the gold back, just sell the ingot back to the store.
And players do accept silver as payment as gold. If something is 200 gold you are buying from a player, you can give them an ingot and they will give you 50 gold change.

you cannot buy from the npc with ingots though.could have sworn the name dracon was already taken by dracon falla, or is it dacon i dunno.
