JUST MY OPINION...

Just because I don't agree with you, doesn't mean you should make snide comments and threaten to delete my username...this one goes out to some of the mods. I don't want to offend anybody, I don't want to break board rules or spam...heck, I even want to get along with some of the mods here. They are intelligent, but it seems like some of them are quicker to make your day a living hell rather than help you. It's probably stressful responding to so many rulebreakers and whatnot, and I can understand. I'm just asking, politely and in a civilized manner, that I receive help without having an implication that I'm a moron. Because, lately, a select few have only responded to topics if they had something offending to say or to treat you like a child. And if you continued, and they didn't like what they heard, they would lock the topic.
Again, this is just my opinion and I would appreciate some civilized arguments. Thanks.

Bloodheart, it's simple. The suggestion forums is for suggestions, and you are suggesting it to the GMs, not the players.
If the GMs don't want to hear it, why shouldn't they lock the thread so others don't waste their time posting to a thread that the GMs don't care about anyway?
I read all threads except those in German, and the ones in Test and Guilds. I sometimes read the RPG threads, but ususally not. I haven't seen any thread that the GMs locked that I thought they locked for the wrong reason.
Just take it on the chin and move on.

I thought the suggestion / proposal board was for the players and the GMs. I thought the idea was that a player could put forward an idea on the board so that the players and GMs could discuss and develop an idea. Am I wrong?

Ellaron, from what Martin has said, it seems that you would be wrong. The suggestions are for the players to make suggestions to the GMs as to what to put in the game.
If the GMs don't like the idea, all the whining and moaning in the world isn't going to change their mind.

Whining and moaning will never do anything. A new valid argument not thought up before might, but senseless discussions about arguments which aren't enough for them to implement your ideas won't.

@Bloodhearte:
I guess it's me who you are talking of.
Yes i told someone that if he continues posting senseless spamm-messages I will delete his board accont. The reason is that spamm disturbes and destroys the board.
For a very long time I did nothing -- I am a fan of doing nothing when it comes to being a board-mod because I think that people should be so mature to do what they should and like to do. This works fine on most boards I know, but it didn't work here as you can see (don't ask me why this is so, I don't know it). Therefore I decided to break out of this do-nothing-status and started doing what a mod should do: delete unnecessary or "wrong" threads, lock topics which are not worth discussing any further, telling people that what they do is NOT allowed on these boards. (By the way: there are some more people who lock topics here, it's not only me, I only do that on the proposal-board and the graphics-board)
If you need help, you will surely receive help. Simply post to the right board chosing a subject-line which fits to your message ("PLEASE READ!" or "JUST MY OPINION!" are *NOT* very good subject lines!) and ask your question giving as much detailed information as you believe to be necessary.

Granted, they weren't very good subject lines. I didn't specifically say you martin, because my brother ((Randelf, in real life)) seemed to be having problems with the boards and mods, and I saw Crockets, so I though this post would be worth typing. I guess not. I'm just questioning, not trying to whine and moan.

THANK YOU!
I get tired of using the search function and cannot make any sense of the subject lines.
