Creating a Character...

I have created a total of 2 characters and I would like to know if my e-mail will get deleted, because of sending 2 mail items. I sent mail telling of the first character. I soon realized that I forgot to mention the other character. So I sent another e-mail for my second character.

I do remember sending my first character through e-mail. I sent my second character using this website. The point is I sent two e-mails and I would like to know if they will both get deleted. I forgot to add both character names to the e-mail. I would be very happy if someone could give me some information, thank you...

Just wait for some time.
An email missing a character name cannot be answered with sense, so if you sent an email without any character name in it, it will be deleted. The one you sent with the tool, wil get through IF you confirmed it with the answer mail thing.

Thank you for responding to my post...
I created the two characters. I sent my character name, password, and added my e-mail for both characters. I sent one of them to accounts@illarion.org, and I sent the other using this website. I'm sure I'll get both my characters, I'll just have to wait...for a very long time.

Again, thanks for responding...

Also, if you create one char and it is confirmed and you wish to create another you must send an e-mail entitled 'Add char' with the details of you existing account (ie existing char so they know where to add the new one) and the name and password of you new char.

I thank you for your respond Hermie.
I am hoping to play soon. I did send both characters at a time. I only got one working though. I guess I will have to wait longer. I wish the one that I got working were my main chracter.

Adding chars is not possible at the moment.

I thought adding accounts was not possible. My other character worked when I sent a request for it. I just hope I can use my main character soon. I only have my extra character. I am hoping that I can trade my extra character in exchange for my main character. I really want to start working. :)

Then you should read better, exspecially this sentence from the "news-site".

This is the same reason that at the moment NO more chars could be added to your own account via an email to accounts@illarion.org.

You're whole story seems very... confusing. You sent two applications because you wanted two characters, but would only use one. So the one you wouldn't use got accepted, but not the one you would be using. So now you want to trade your actual character for the one you don't want to use so you can use the one you will use instead of the one you won't use. Am i correct? :D

Yes, most of what you say Paul seems to be right. However, I did not send two characters and only want one. I sent two, because I wanted a backup character incase something were to happen to my main character. I thought I would get both characters by sending my e-mail. Instead, I only found out that I got one character. The character that works is my backup character, not my main character. I would much rather have my main character and not my backup. I thank you for trying to help and confuse a couple of people...

I have been waiting for about two weeks now. I would really love to play. Is there much I can do? Is it possible to switch characters? Give up my backup for my main one? I would really appriciate it. As I said before, I would like to play.

Thanks,

"You can request a new account only via this site. Emails to accounts@illarion.org are for general account questions and have a very very low priority for processing (we got to much request per day currently). This is the same reason that at the moment NO more chars could be added to your own account via an email to accounts@illarion.org."

Maybe that is your answer.

At the moment nobody can creat new chars after he has an account, because the GM`s have no time.

Now, if a new player want a naccount and wish to get accept more than 1 char, it would be very unfair against old players, which can not creat new chars.

Thus the GM`s were confused, because they don`t know, what char they have to accept and selected 1 char by their own meaning.

I'll explain this from the very beginning.

I wanted to play this game. It seemed to be very interesting. So, I downloaded Illarion. I found out that I first have to get an account. That is when I created a character. I named the character Radurak. I placed this name in the e-mail. Soon, I thought I should have a backup character, incase something were to happen to Radurak. So, I placed another character in the e-mail. I put the names, password, and e-mail. I sent it. About a week later, I did get a reply. I looked and it asked me some questions. I answered them, and got a reply saying I was accepted. So, first I tried to log in as Radurak. It read: Your account hasn't been accepted yet. Then I tried to log in as my other character. It worked. So I can log in, but only with my backup character at the moment. I am hoping to fix this problem soon. I would be glad for anyone who can help me. I also thought the GM's could switch my character. Delete my backup character in exchange for my new one. I don't know if this is possible, but I would like to play.

I would suggest you play with your "back up player" and forget about your primary character for now.

Later when the GMs have more time, or come up with some easy way, for them, to authorize new characters you can add your "primary" character.

Until then, I don't think you shoudl bug them about it. Just play with what you got.
