I was looking at the avatar gallery on this board, and I saw the Lich picture on the monsters section. I do not recall hearing about it, or seeing one in game. I was wondering what the origins of this monster are....is it an old monster that was taken out? Or one that was never put in? Or one that can only be summoned by GM's?
