There has been some discussion on using your in game name as your forum account name. I use a different name in the forums than I use for my character because me and my character have different personalities and ideals.
Also I try to keep character and Player knowledge seperate.
But when posting in the rpg forum you need it to be your character who is posting and not you.
I suggest that the rpg forum be moved to in game. If someone wants to post in the rpg forum they log into the game and there could be a book or something in the library that you go to to post something.

Just to clear something up: You want the RPG board to be completely removed from the website and implemented into the game?

Well, this way you would implemend kind of a global chat system, which the programmers don't want to have. It also would be a lot of hassle to log into the game and walk to an ingame blackboard just to read the posts. Sometimes you would stand there for quite a while doing nothing but reading.
It would also be a lot of work, for something which is already solved here on the site.
But the main reason why I'm against this is that people don't want to have to read through two different boards. I'm cecking the forums for new posts quite often, both ooc and ic forums. The way you suggests people couldn't just come to the site for a quck look for something new.

I like the idea of reading something ingame. I dont think its a good idea only have an rpg bord in game, but if you can read a sheet or something like this in Illarion. Maybe a message in the library or something else

If you are reading books in the library, you are not talking, any how librarys are places of peace and solitude, so I do not see a problem with having a library message board or something like that for those reasons.
Tho the whole rpg forum there..I realy dont wnat to have to walk around to read it, plus the fact some of the regular posters would live in the library
