I have banned a number of characters not for anything they did, but because it seems that they *might* of been logged in with someone other than their owner.

If this has happened to you, you will need to have your character's password changed.

To do this: e-mail accounts@illarion.org from the SAME e-mail address you registered your character with and state your character name, your old password, and what you want your new password to be.

Do NOT make overly simple passwords as in this particular case they simply won't be allowed.

1234 is not an acceptable password.
Auto is not an acceptable password.

Constatine would be allowed.
elephant32 would be allowed.

Is it possible that some files could be missing for the game? I remember that even though I coulden't play at one point, e-mails didn't work.

These postings you reply to are very old. Humankind invented something like a calendar to find words to express when something happened.
You reply to old postings and your replies do not have any content. This is considered *SPAM* and if you keep on doing that it will have consequences -- here, on the boards, and for illarion itself.
