Sinn des (Reason of the) Proposal Board (edit 18.03.03)

Hello all,
this forum should be used to bring up Proposals and reasonable Discussions of those Proposals. Any Postings like
Spammposts ("cool", "this sucks", etc.)
Longbreath Discussions that started somewhere else (SMACC, Trading)
Flames ("your Proposal is stupid", "This was proposed before")
should be kept to a minimum.
It is not very helpfull for Bror (etc.) to work through several Pages of endless bickering.
Add: from now on i will delete any Post that goes off topic or contains flames here. If this goes out of hand i will request (and get) a board account lock for the offending persons.
