i am new and I dont know the wait time from what i hear it is a weak

but i sent an e-mail to the accounts e-mail two weeks ago i think and then i recived a letter 5 days laters sayign the two things that were neccessary the story and the question and it has been almost a week since i sent that reply and nothing does it take this long and if you dont get accepted do they e-mail you back

The person was just in holiday and therefor she had lots of mails to work through in her free time.

And there is also a search function on the board, where you surely can find many topics and answers about account system for the questions, you made.

Ok,I got a question....If I had a char before we needed accounts,and I sent my old Char name and Pass...do I have to re-create him???

Well, I know everyone has heard this a million times, but I sent my e-mail in 2 weeks ago (give or take a day) and still have gotten no response. I was just curious if cosma is on a vacation again or if there is just a big amount of backlog.

i think there´s a big backlog... but maybe you made a mistake with your E-mail. Be patient and read the rules, story... again. You will get an answer at all.
