I like this new system where you can lose buckets and rods but could it be changed from slipping to the ground to slipping into the water. Ok I know its nit picking but if its in the water it's lost, if its beside you on the ground why not pick it up?

Yeah the text is kind of inaccurate...in english we don't call the bottom of the water the "ground". Better to just say something like:
#me lets the rod slip out of his hand into the water"

Yes, i like this idea of a text. But, what about something with glass blowing. Everything else has a thing in a skill where they mess up. But, glass blowing, which does require about 4 things, doesnt have anything that could mess up.
For example: "#me catches the shovel on fire" or something like that.......just a thought

Actually my last suggestion was politically incorrect.
Should be something like:
#me lets the fishing rod slip into the water and it sinks to the bottom.

Im for it, but,
Dont put in the breaking of any equipment, weapons, or armor.

@Iqloo Too bad, the "breaking" and deteriation of weapons/armor is already planned. And will be implemented, as it is a realistic RP thing.
Speaking of "losing items" I think that the hammer should have a chance of breaking as well. Some thing like this: #me accidentally smashes the hammer.

i think because of the fact that you need so many things and tools for the production of glass items, those tools should brake when you fail.. bottles are already not really profitable for glassblower..

Do you have ANY idea of how dangerous that would be?! Skel's, for instance, can be extremely dangerous without a shield or armor. If you in the middle of a battle with one, and you break your equipment, your dead! DEAD! If they do put the breaking of equipment in, it would be muchly needed if they would also put in (when you indentify a peice of equipment) "You see a New Chain Shirt" > "You see a Worn Chain Shirt" > "You see a Rusten Chain Shirt" > "Breaking the Chain Shirt".
Even with these measures, it would still be an extremely dangerous thing to put in. DOWN WITH THE ROTTING OF EQUIPMENT! DOWN I SAY!

I think bror already mentioned something about weapons breaking. It was a while back, but I think he said something along the lines of [it's a good idea, I'll look into it]. The idea said that each item would have several levels. Probably five or more. Each level would would have slightly different stats. They would also have a chance of breaking each time they were used. The chance became greater each time the item went down a level. The idea was good because it didn't require the server to keep up with the amount of damage that each item in the world had taken. Instead it just performed a calculation each time an item was used and decided whether or not to replace it with another item.

My dear Iqloo, but that is the whole point. If you are lousy and careless enough of a warrior to not remember to check your armour or ask a smith to repair it before you go into battle that is your problem and fault. And the unfortunate consequence that you have a chance of being grieviously hurt or dying is a risk that is your own fault...
