Wood + Water?

Whenever I use logs on water they dissapear. Is something suppost to happen. And if so what?

What will happen, if you throw woodlogs in water?
They will swim on the water, the river will bring them down to the sea and they disappear for your eyes at the next curve of the river.

Umm... i guess it is a realistic thing. Besides that part about the putting wood on the water and it disappearing. If that was realistic then when it would rain trees would dissappear except for their leaves

Huh? When it rains the trees disappear? Where? Maybe where you come from but not in europe or the USA, and in fact I never heart about a country where the trees disappear when it is raining....poor country!
