Item Look-alike

Concerning some of the items. Does anybody notice that some of the items look a whole heck like the ones from Exile an old game by SpiderWeb Software. www.spiderwebsoftware.com

Some of the items were taken from various sources in the beginning, when some graphics were needed for the client.

No it doesn't especially if its from a web page. It might if it is copyrighted, but noone will find out ,or noone will care as long as this game remains free.

Some of the characters are models which are available for free on the net. So it might very well be possible that different groups used them for their needs.

and...what would be the site to get these...modles? (Im gonna try and make a rpg...don't know how well it will turn out,but I need all the help I can get!)

I can give you the link but you will need the 3D software Poser (which you need to buy for a not low amount of money) to have any use for them.
