While researching measures regarding the teleporter in Runewick, I came across in Runewicks notes indicating that you are in contact with a certain Rhaindierne. He is said to be the mage who played a key role in the creation of the teleporters in our lands.
We would like to invite Rhaindierne to consult with us on these measures before we submit the proposals to the Archmage.
