Greetings citizens of Runewick,
As we have not received a positive answer to our demands, The Rangers of Runewick has issued an arrest warrant against the human known as 'Reace'. Every Ranger is allowed to capture this fugitive regardless where he is and regardless who is protecting him. Still, he has to be captured alive and able to face an interrogatory. Captors are also allowed to drop anybody who protects Reace or anybody who attemtps to use violence in opposition of his arrest.
There's also a reward to those who can capture Reace (500 gold) or provide reliable info that leads to his capture (250 gold).
The last known place where Reace was seen is inside Cadomyr.
The Rangers of Runewick will provide of the adequate protection of those who will cooperate with this effort to keep Illarion safe and clean from demonic entities.

The Academic council of Runewick never agree to this order. In fact one Katharina has approached me, and has stated that she was willing and able to provide proof info on Reace. Although no one has came to see this through.
Furthermore the Rangers of Runewick, do not have the right to pursue threats on Cadomyrian ground. We do not want war in Runewick. We want answers and cooperation against the threats of Letma and its demons.

We do not need the approval of the Academic Council to bring safety to our realm. Also, you do not represent the whole Academic Council, so speak for yourself and not on behalf of others councillors. A shame you are only active to do what Katharina tells you.
