Sarangerel & Mirai banned from Runewick

Post by Avaroth Teladon »

It is with regret that the rangers of Runewick must take action into their own hands. Rogue elements of foreign realms have taken it upon themselves to repeatedly violate the very first and most basic article of our constitution.
Article #1: Every person has the constitutional right to live a peaceful life in accordance to his will.
Following threats of murder toward an oath-sworn protector of the realm and allegations put forth by Wynter relating to her curse: in my duty as ranger of Runewick, I, Avaroth Teladon, hereby follow the Third regulation of Runewick and put forth a ban order upon both Sarangerel and Mirai Belisai of Galmair. Sarangerel and Mirai are to be denied entry to Runewick, forthwith and, if necessary, arrested should they deny this constitutional order. Should they step on Runewick soil and prove unable to be apprehended, necessary action of force shall be used as a last resort.

For those who may be unaware of the Third regulation of Runewick, I shall quote the necessary sections of the document for your reference:
II.The security and order within the national territory of Runewick as well as preserving the nature is up to the Rangers of Runewick.
E.If there is an acute danger, members of the Rangers of Runewick are allowed to expel or to arrest a person for up to three days. After that time, a process has to be initiated officially. With instruction of the Academic council, this could be extended or suspended.
F.In case of an attack on the national territory, the Rangers of Runewick have the military command of all available citizens and allies which are ready for battle to defend the national territory.

No citizen of Runewick shall be threatened with Violence. No citizen of Runewick shall be a play-thing to foreign criminal elements. No citizen of Runewick shall be cursed against their will.

Be assured that the rangers of Runewick shall uphold this order without hesitation. After which, the Academic council has a constitutional duty to initiate the process of extending this order or other resolution. Should the Academic council be unable to fulfill their duty to initiate such a process, the rangers shall continue to impose these sanctions.

signed,

When a member of Runewick, especially one of the "rangers", violates article 1 against a citizen of another town solely on the basis of an unfounded personal vendetta, would that ranger be removed from service and stripped of title? If such "ranger" issued a challenge rather than paying the penance of his sentencing and those in question were merely taking him up on the challenge, would they no longer be banned from Runewick?

Inquiring minds would like to know.

Sincerely,

This parchment is mean to inform, not to discussions or inquiries. An investigation has been opened about sabotage and propaganda.

The aforementioned posting can be answered by the original poster. Thank you for your concern, but I do not need your permission to question this.

Thank you and may your endeavors be for the good of Illarion,

This is an official statment from the Rangers of Runewick and you do not have the right to fill our boards with senseless questions. You do not have the right to say who should answer your questions. We are sure the galmairians banned have an own voice to speak for themselves.

You will stop writing on Rangers of Runewick's parchments, now.
