Writing on the walls

Visitor and inhabitants of Galmair will see a writing added to the town's wall close to the teleporter.
The colorful letters say:
"If you can read this, you're on the wrong side".
Earlier two elfess equipped with wands have been seen carring bags with colors and water buckets outside the town...
