One wonders if perhaps he is mentally ill to ask for slaves like for a commodity ?

I suggest that you cancel this request. As stated by the Cadomyrian law from Zhas 57, Cadomyr will not allow slave-masters and those who trade with slaves within the borders of the realm. Currently, you are still allowed to enter Cadomyrian land, even though the access to the town is denied, but this would lead to your complete banishment from Cadomyrian land. Consider whether this is worth it.

Law of slavery
The ownership of slaves has not been permitted for anyone but those of the nobility for the past years, however now this law sees further changes.
From this moment on, slavery will no longer be permitted in Cadomyr. Any current slaves are to be set free and compensated, with the exception of criminals. Criminals that were sentenced to servitude as slaves will instead serve their penalty in the prison mines or be executed, depending on the severity of their crimes.
Should anyone be found guilty of trading slaves on Cadomyrian land, they will be charged as criminals with the severity of their crimes and thus their sentence depending on the current advisory nobles.
Should a Cadomyrian be found guilty of owning a slave, their fate will be the same as above.
Should a foreigner be found guilty of owning a slave but not of trading them, they will be asked to leave the realm.
Refusal to obey will result in the same punishment as one for a Cadomyrian citizen owning a slave.
The law regarding contracts of servitude will remain the same as before, requiring a nobles permission for any contracts made.
If your name wasn't already tainted by the way you treat people and how you behave, this would certainly do massive damage to your reputation. Somebody who wants to possess another person as if they are an object, will not be met with acceptance.
