I propose smoking sibanic give small amount of health regen. I think the amount of a frothy drink.

Minor mana regen

Ever since I play a druid (2006) sibanac was used a narcotic to ease pain. That's fine. No hp reg or so needed.

Mana regen would make sense as it is said to open up the senses. Not anything huge but a small increase while smoking or some such would be reasonable.

Yeah I just started working on an alchemist character. Should be a fun time.

Mana regeneration is simply not the role intended for sibanac. Lore wise the bulbsponge mushroom is a mana saver.
