Orc thief

A parchment is pinned to the signpost by the Galmair teleporter.
Warning to all citizen and visitors of Galmair:
An orc thief has been spotted in the area.
The thief was wearing simple armor, using a spear as a weapon.
He does not appear too bright. He tried to mug me in view of the guards, by the teleporter.
Still, beware of the potential danger.
*at the bottom of the parchment there is a large bright pink signature using what appears to be some kind of special made ink*
