Repair at NPC not working anymore?

Hello,
somehow the repair NPC doesnt work for me anymore.
The repair menue does not open, even though he says his usual "Let's have a look at this"..

This is since yesterday 8 pm a Problem for all Player. So not only you Chirch

It's been fixed and working for some time now.
