Hello,

So I recently completed both the "Dark Hole Mine III" and "Dark Hole Mine IV" quests which award 1 level of mining each in addition to some amount of silver.

My character has level 98 mining, and upon completion of both quests (one after the other) I did not gain any further levels in mining.

Is this a glitch? Or is this an intended feature? Please explain and also correct if this was not meant to happen.

This is intended. You only get skill points from the quest when the skill is very low.

The giving of skills stops after level 90. Some npcs will have different level requirements at each quest step for whether or not they give skill.
bruno blackhole however just awaards skill till you get to 90 then he gives you all of the reward but skill.

Aww, that's a shame. I was hoping to avoid the crippling grind of reaching max level.
