By amazing miracle I got first settler. So my question to devs is -> Is it possible in game (before I do something in game) to buy own land on grounds of any place, pay a tribute for land and build own cottage for rent? (Without static tools or depot).

Not yet, as far as I know.

Look at this. The idea is similar to concept of building new rooms for rent (like in Galmair) inside faction, but I would rent a land and build there own building, which would look like I want. I would pay a same price I think like for rented room.

As far as I know, a housing system is still very distant future music.

As stated by others, the mechanics to do it IG do not exist and will not be implemented for years.


If you want to do some sort of map changes there, talk to the GMs and perhaps Evie.

Anybody can use the map editor tool to design stuff they want, you just can't count on it being put in game afterward.
