Bula Glasha Quest

Bula Glasha npc seems to be taking longer to give me quest, I wonder was this changed? I didnt see anything about it in the news or the update lists. Also Gurzad Gutri is taking longer as well. Im so close to next level rank, Patrician. Caswir wants to run in the next elections so he need quests! Why is it taking 4 days to give me one?

I do not know of any changes to these quests. I will look into it. The cool down timers on them count active in-game time. So if you are idle in-game those time intervals wont count.

Bula has not been changed in two years and Guzard hasn't been changed in a year. Hopefully the new quests will become active for you soon.
