Server went down today

FYI - A 'Technical Problem" at 17:25 today caused the game to log everyone off. When we returned, no-one could open bags and all progress for the last 2 hours was lost.
If anyone else has any information that may help the IT guys look for the problem, post it here. I was just Goldsmithing, so dunno what caused this.
I know you guys will check and fix this if there's a problem, so thank you in advance!!
