Is it possible to remove attacks of low level monsters if someone reached some levels? It's annoying when you walk and half of zone of low levels monsters are chasing you. It looks not realistic and breaks fun when you have to waste your time to kill them all.

I tried to implement some sort of higher intelligence to monsters. But the last state that was active caused a heavy performance load on the server and didn't improve the situation a lot.

We know that the game can be highly improved with some advanced intelligence for the monsters. But it's a lot more easily said then done.
