Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to change factions? I assume there is some kind of npc I need to talk to somewhere, but I'm having trouble locating them.

There is a notary npc in each realm they will help you change factions.

Cadomyr Reret Odohir, in the building behind the tavern and resurrection cross.
Galmair: Fredericus, behind the Galmair smithy and up the stairs by the depot.
Runewick: Torina Scibrim, in the top floor of the library.

Which ever way you are changing realm a few things to note. Cadomyr does not let in outlaws, so do not drop your current faction before becoming a citizen there if that is your choice. Every time you change faction the cost of joining the new faction increases. If rank is important to you and you think you may come back to the town you are leaving, note that most quests for rank are not repeatable except for daily storage and bounty/spying/research ones. This will make regaining your rank the second time harder. Please ask if you have any more questions.
