Honorable citizens of Cadomyr,
Let it be known that the dwarf, Hew Keenaxe, has once again proved himself to be spineless and without honor. This public post is only to advise citizens of Cadomyr to avoid the dwarf with the following description:
Name: Hew Keenaxe
Race: Dwarf
Gender: Male
Features: Thick brown beard, average height for a dwarf, and strong dwarven accent to his common.
Last Known Description: Coppery Chestplate (perhaps Elven State), polished greaves and boots, magical dwarven axe, and most noticeably wore a pink wizard hat.
Characteristics: May appear friendly at first, rather brash in conversation, may mention he likes to drink.
Following our customs Kraex'Ju demanded an honorable duel to settle the matter, but as was expected, Hew Keenaxe cowered behind feeble words to avoid gods given justice. He shall now be hunted should he dare step outside Galmairian territory. As it is Sir Kraex'Ju's right to defend his honor he asks that no other Cadomyrian be involved in the hunt for Hew Keenaxe, but should they encounter this incorrigible coward they should be ready to defend themselves.

Hew Keenaxe has already in the past been banned indefinitely from Cadomyr due to repeated assault against Cadomyr nobility and slander against her majesty.
Those who fear their safety against this dwarf are advised to stay inside the gates so that Horatio may keep you safe.

// Transcribed on behalf of the honorable Sir Kraex'Ju //
Citizens of Cadomyr,
As promised Hew Keenaxe has been punished for his crimes as is our custom in matters of honor. Hew has taken the first step to recovering his honor when he finally accepted Sir Kraex'Ju's challenge of an honorary duel. The dwarf fought with pride and strength but the gods brought justice and victory to Sir Kraex'Ju.
By the word of the Baron of the Third House and the testimony of Sir Kraex'Ju, Hew Keenaxe will be afforded the opportunity to prove himself worthy to enter the city by performing honorable deeds that serve to the betterment of Cadomyr and the Realm of Her Majesty.
If Hew Keenaxe attends a Cadomyrian sponsored event, that happens beyond the city walls, and displays the virtues of the unwritten laws in action the ban to enter the town will be lifted.

For disturbing the peace of the town and annoying the ears of Horatio with his shouting at our gates,
Disobeying a nobles direct order when told to leave,
Threatening to attack a Galmair citizen whom was at the time under the protection of said noble,
Making demands when in no position to do such,
And asking for the Countess to attack him, and to then try and bait her outside the reach of Horatio so he could attack her with his axe when it was attempted to force him to leave;
The countess does hereby announce that the testimony of sir Kraex'ju will as a member of her house no longer be put forth in order to afford Hew Keenaxe any opportunity to prove himself worthy to enter.
Furthermore, as he proved the exact opposite by his actions today, any opportunity in the foreseeable future to prove himself shall be objected to by the Countess, as this dwarf truly has no honor.
To prevent any future harm or threats caused by this dwarf on Cadomyr land, Countess Annabeth hereby announces a KOS of the dwarf should he be found on Cadomyr land.
As the dwarf belongs to no town, there will not be any repercussion should he be killed on neutral ground, but the KOS is only ordered for land owned by Cadomyr.

As he is no longer deemed a threat to the safety of the aforementioned victim, the KOS of Hew Keenaxe is called off.
His banishment from town still will remain, but he is now once more free to walk our desert without his life being endangered for doing so.
He is no longer deemed an enemy of the house. Since the house is the one that called the KOS, it also withdraws it.
Should the house of the baron oppose this, then they are free to make an opposing announcement on the matter.
