Prison payment

For some reason Hew's payment of stone is not being received on the drop place. He owes 1300 stone I think. Hew mines it, takes it to the drop spot, but it just sits there. Maybe I am doing something wrong, or it is broken.

Says stone, if it dont mean stone, then that needs to be fixed.

Who or what says stone? Is there a wording error in the scripts?
