With the by downsized underground (btw a good work) the minimap becomes fuzzy since there is a lot of former site what is not overdrawn by the current situation since it is in the non reachable regions.

How I can proceed to redraw it from scratch.? Which file I have to delete?

The locally stored map files are the map00<z>.dat files in the directory of your character.

Delete the map you like, it will be recreated from scratch once you go to the area in question again.
