An individual, namely a dwarf, has decided to turn against this town and has struck down a number of citizens today. The known features of the dwarf are his plate mail, and a dark helm and a large sword. Please be on the lookout for this dwarf, as he is highly evasive. Rest assured that he will be punished severely for his crimes.

I wish to warn all citizens of a new threat. Seems a new dwarf is in town and if he doesn't like what you offer, he turns and attacks. His name is Ver Velerel. He's a bit of a hothead, so please barter with him carefully and be prepared for a sword at your neck if he doesn't like what you have to say.
